Adding a user

Having a user profile is essential to accessing the Yordex platform. This article explains how to create these users.

Please note:

  • This functionality is only available if you are an Admin user
  • The user form is fully customisable. If you wish to make any changes to the format or the fields please contact your customer success manager

To add a new user to Yordex, follow these steps within the platform:

  • In the Yordex interface, go to ["Settings" > "User Management"] 
  • Click on ["+ New User"]
  • Complete the new user form
  • Click ["Save"]

You can also add users in bulk via CSV import! See here for more info.

What happens next?

  • Your new user will receive a welcome email with details on downloading our mobile app and instructing them on how to set their password
  • The user is now eligible to receive a card, create orders and submit expenses
