Finding your Physical Card's balance

Via SMS message:

• If you have a UK mobile number simply text Balance to (+44) 07723 484 258
• If you have a US mobile number you can also text Balance to (+1) 213 682 3548
• If your balance is not returned you may need to make sure that your mobile number is correct on your profile. To do so follow the steps outlined here or you can contact your admin/manager.

Via telephone:

• Simply phone (+44) 07723 484 258 and follow the instructions if you are calling from a UK number.
• If you are calling from a US number you can phone this number to get your balance: (+1) 213 682 3548. 
• If your balance is not returned you may need to add your mobile number to your profile. To do so follow the steps outlined here or you can contact your admin/manger.

Via the Mobile App or Desktop:

• In the Yordex interface, go to ["Cards"] 
• Find your card and click on it to open up the statement
• You should then be able to see the balance
