The below outlines the default load, purchase and ATM limits for all physical and virtual cards.
As Yordex works with outside financial partners to provide its customers with prepaid cards there are some limits on the amount of each load and transaction per card.
You can check the limits set for individual cards by opening the card's statement page and selecting 'More Actions. From there the drop-down menu will present you with the option to ['View Transaction Limits'].
Account Load Limits
Our VISA accounts have a default load limit (master balance top up) of £10,000. Please contact us if you require a higher limit.Card Load Limits
