If you have requested the Virtual Card through a Purchase Order:
After having submitted your purchase request for a Virtual Card, it will need to be approved. Once your virtual card has been approved you will be able to find your card details and use them to pay.
- Once approved you will get an email notification that the Virtual Card is ready
- In the email click ["Get card"] and this will take you to the purchase
- From the purchase click ["View Card] to go to the card's statement page
- From there you can select 'More Actions' and choose 'Show card details' from the drop-down menu:
- This will open a pop-out section of the page showing the card's details for making payments online
If an admin has assigned you a multi-use Virtual Card:
Admins can assign multi-use virtual cards to users to spend online. All payments made with this card will appear under the Spend tab and will be treated like physical card payments.
To get the details from your online account:
- Go to ["Cards"] and find the virtual card in the list. The list should detail a column with the name "card type" and from there you can see if the card is virtual or not.
- Select the card to open the card statement page.
- Select 'More Actions' and choose 'Show card details' from the drop-down menu. This will then display all of the card's details.
To get the details from your Yordex App:
- Open your app and select the card icon from the menu.
- Find your card in the list and tap on it to open (you may need to change the "Account" at the top of the screen so you can see the card).
- Select the option to "View Details" and your virtual card's full information will appear on the screen for you to use for online payments.
If a virtual card has been created via Purchase Order you will also be able to see the card's details with the steps for viewing it online and via the app.
