      Using your physical card for the first time

      Yordex cards are already activated when they arrive.

      The first time you use your card you will need to enter your PIN in a card machine or ATM. 

      Your PIN can be found via SMS, online or on our mobile app.

      Via SMS message:

      • Simply text PIN to(+44) 07723 484 258
      • If your PIN is not returned you may need to add your mobile number to your profile
      • To do so follow the steps outlined here

      Via the Mobile App or Desktop:

      • In the Yordex interface, go to ["Cards"] 
      • Find your card and click on it
      • Click ["View PIN"]
      • Your PIN will flash on the screen
      • Memorise this, or change it at an ATM
