To update your PIN please follow the steps below:
- Login to Yordex, find your card in the [Cards] list and open it.
- Then select "More Options" and then "Update PIN" from the drop-down menu.
- You should receive an one-time token via SMS.
- Enter the SMS token into your Yordex's card's page, then your desired new PIN and then click [Save].
- Before using your card in-store be sure to use the PIN at an ATM to ensure it is set - you can check your balance or select 'PIN Services', as long as you enter your PIN in twice at the ATM.
- Now when you first use the card to make a payment be sure to use the PIN to complete activation. Once this has been done it can then be used for contactless payments.
If you did not receive the SMS token you may need to update your mobile number as explained here.
What if I do not have the option to 'Update PIN'?
Not all Yordex cards have the ability to have their PINs changed on the app or website. You will be able to confirm this by opening your card's statement and checking to see if you have this option.
If you do not have the option to update your card's PIN online and can just see 'View PIN' instead you will need to change your PIN at an ATM by selecting a 'PIN Services' option. After the PIN has been updated be sure to next use the card's chip and new PIN to confirm the change.

I am an Admin and I cannot see an option for one of my user's to update their PIN
Please note that only the owner of a card will be able to see the option to 'Update PIN' on their card's statement, this does not appear for admin users also. Once the cardholder logs in they will then see the option to 'Update PIN'.
