Unblocking your card
- To unblock a card a Yordex card, whether it is your own or another user's, go to the ["Cards"] page.
- Select to view 'Blocked' cards in the menu and find your card in the list.
- Click on the card you want to unblock to open it's statement page.
- Click ["Unblock"] to re-open the card.
Please note that unblocking a Yordex card does not reinstate the funds removed from it after the block took place. If you are a Standard User please reach out to an Admin to have the funds added back to your card again after unblocking.
