Suppliers sending a quote

It is possible to let suppliers provide their own company information

• In the Yordex interface, in the top menu, click on ["Email"]
• Go to the "Email suppliers a link to send a quote" section
• Copy the link that section. It will look like https://app.yordex.com/quote/[YOUR COMPANY'S NAME]

• Email the link to your supplier

They will be able to send you a quote without having to create an account on Yordex.

This will generate a Purchase Order to that supplier to be reviewed and approved internally. If the supplier was not already in the system they will also be created.
