Payment terms determine when you will pay your supplier. We use them to calculate payment due dates.
We have set up your account with the following standard terms
- Immediate
- 7 Days
- 30 Days
Editing standard payment terms
This functionality is only available if you are an Admin user.To edit payment terms for all purchases
- In the Yordex interface, go to ["Settings" > "Standard Terms"]
- Click ["+New Standard Terms"]. You can also duplicate an existing term by clicking on ["…" > "Duplicate term"]
- Complete the rest of the form.
- Click ["Save Standard Term"]
Editing payment terms for specific suppliers
When you associate terms with a supplier, these terms will automatically be applied every time you create an order with them.
When creating a supplier you can choose one of your standard payment terms to be applied to all orders with this supplier.
To edit these terms later:
- In the Yordex interface, go to ["Settings" > "Standard Terms"]
- Find the term for this supplier and click on it
- Update the form.
- Click ["Save Standard Term"]
