      Finding your PIN

      Below are some ways to find, hear and view the PIN number for your card.

      Via SMS message:

      If you're calling from UK-based numbers:

      Text PIN to  (+44) 07723 484 258 

      From US-based numbers:

      Text PIN to (+1) 213 682 3548
      • If your PIN is not returned you may need to add your mobile number to your profile
      • To do so follow the steps outlined here

       

      Via the Mobile App or Desktop:

      • In the Yordex interface, go to ["Cards"] 
      • Find your card and click on it
      • Select ["More Actions"] Then ["View PIN"] from the drop-down menu.

      If you are just using the Yordex App the option to 'Show PIN' will appear instead. 
      • Your PIN will flash on the screen
      • Memorise this, or change it at an ATM

      If you're calling from UK-based numbers:

      From US-based numbers:

      Call (+1) 213 682 3548
