      Blocking a card

      • In the Yordex interface, go to the ["Cards"] 
      • Find the card you want to block and click on it.
      • Click ["Block Card"].

       

      Screenshot 2022-12-21 at 10.12.00The card will immediately be blocked and all funds will be transferred back to the master balance.

       

      To unblock a card, click [“Unblock”] on the card's statement page.

      Please note that unblocking a card does not reinstate its previous balance. To have your funds moved back onto your card please reach out to the an Admin within the Yordex account.
