Inviting Suppliers to Yordex

There are a number of benefits to inviting your suppliers to Yordex

• The supplier can match the invoice directly with the pre-approved order, saving you time
• Yordex can send a purchase order, invoice due reminder and remittance advice to the supplier
• Yordex can generate the invoice on behalf of the supplier ("self billing")
• Communications about the purchase order and invoice can remain on the Yordex portal, thereby keeping all information in one place

There are also benefits for the supplier

• They can see when they will get paid
• The supplier can request an early payment

To invite a supplier to Yordex

• Make sure that the supplier has been created within Yordex  by selecting ['+New Supplier'] on the Suppliers page.  

• After this has been done find the Supplier in the list and select ['Invite'] at the top of the page

• After you have selected ["Invite"] the Supplier will receive an email with steps on how to create their own Yordex account.
