How are refunds processed in Yordex?
Refunds requested from a merchant:
You can request refunds from a seller like a normal debit card. Once processed by the merchant, the refund will appear in Yordex as a new transaction labelled as a 'credit' to indicate that your account was credited. Whilst it will be booked in your accountancy system as a credit in the column.
Pending transactions not claimed by the merchant:
If a transaction is still pending after 15 days, the funds will be returned to the card and the transaction will be removed.
The corresponding expense will be closed and not pushed to your accountancy system.
