We can now help you receive funds directly from your clients to pay into your Yordex account through our connection with Stripe. Below are the three options we have to enable this for you.
Option 1 - Client pays into your account using a card.
We create a payment link for your account that asks for the card details. Your client will then fill in the card details and send the funds directly to your account.
With this option, the money will arrive in the account within 1-3 days, but is subject to card fees, and the maximum that can be paid is $10,000.
Option 2 - Payment by Bank Transfer.
We can enable your client to submit a transfer directly from their bank account into your Stripe account. Using a similar payment link, they just need to enter in the amount they wish to pay and their bank account details and the payment will be processed.
Once we have confirmed the payment has been made, your client will receive a micro deposit code from Stripe that we will need to approve the transfer of funds across to your Yordex account.
We will create a form that you can share with your clients and they can send us the information as soon as they receive it. If you need more information, or access to the form, please contact your CSM directly. If you do not know who your CSM is, please contact support@yordex.com, who can help with any requests.
Once we approve the payment, the funds will be paid into your Yordex account within 1-3 days.
Option 3 - We whitelist your clients bank details
We can also ensure that your clients bank details are whitelisted as accounts that can pay into your Yordex account. We will need the same details that you gave us to whitelist your own bank account.
Provide all of the accounts you need to whitelist in a CSV/spreadsheet format, that we will provide, and we can work on getting the accounts processed for you.
Once we have whitelisted the accounts, 2 microdeposits will be sent into the account to verify them. We will collect this from your clients using a form and confirm that the account is verified.
Once this has been done, they will be able to pay into your Stripe account as long as you share the account details with them. If the account they are sending the funds from has not been whitelisted, the payment will fail.
