What are Xero's sync limits?
Xero limits the frequency at which its integrators can sync items within specific timeframes. This article explains these limits.
As an integrator of Xero we have to adhere to the limits of their APIs. These limits dictate, as a platform, how often and the frequency at which we can sync items to Xero. See these limits below:
- Concurrent limit: 5 calls at a given time
- Minute limit: 60 calls per minute
- Daily limit: 5000 calls per day
Should you hit any of these limits, you will be prompted by the system to retry in a few minutes or receive email confirmation that the sync has failed.
