Suppliers providing their own company information

Supplier boarding form

Instead of entering all information yourself, you can ask your supplier to fill in a supplier boarding form online. The supplier does not need to have a Yordex account. 

• In the Yordex interface, in the top right of the menu, click on ["Email"]
• Go to the "Email suppliers a link to complete their data" option 

• Copy the link that section. It will look like https://app.yordex.com/suppliers/<your_company_name>
• Email the link to your supplier. When they open the link they will have a form that looks something like the below:

They will be able to fill in their company information without having to create an account on Yordex and submit the form.
