Setting Delegates as an admin

Admin users can delegate any user on their account to any other user to ensure expenses and orders can continue to be approved, even if an employee is away and forgot to delegate their account.*

  • In the Yordex interface, go to the ["Settings" > "User management"]
  • Choose a user
  • Select who you want to be their delegate under the "Delegate" field
  • Click ["Save Settings"]
  • When the user logs out and back in there will be an option to login as the delegated account without the password
  • The admin, or whoever they chose, will then be able to use their account as if they were them.
