We're sorry if Yordex is not the right product for you or if its not the right time for your organisation. However, we understand this is sometimes the case and have outlined the process below to help make it as clear as possible:
- All cancellation notice must be sent to email@example.com.
- At this point the 30 day notice period starts, during which any outstanding fees will be charged.
- One of the team will then reach out to get your feedback and outline the process.
- After 30 days your cards will be cancelled and all funds will be returned to the bank account specified in your application form.
NB. If you would like your funds returned to you within the 30 day notice period please ask the team and they will arrange this for you, although any fees due within the 30 day period will be settled from the balance.
