As well as everything included in the Starter plan, Growth and Premium customers receive tailored support during the set-up process.
Book a call with one of our dedicated Customer Success Managers to walk you through any elements of the set-up process or get help with our customised configuration options, including setting up cost allocations, approval rules and accounting integrations.
This setup session is free for all Growth and Premium and £99 + VAT for all Starter Plan customers.
Enterprise Support
Included for all Enterprise customers is a dedicated account manager and private support channel on Slack for personal, immediate support and resolution.
